Terms and Conditions
Last updated 13 October 2026
By joining the SIPTRUS waitlist you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They're short because the waitlist is simple: you give us your name and email, and we tell you when we launch.
About these terms
This website is run by Uday Mehra, the founder of SIPTRUS ("SIPTRUS", "we", "us"), based in New Delhi, India. SIPTRUS is not yet registered as a company. When it is, these terms will transfer to the company and we'll update them. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and the waitlist. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are part of these terms.
The waitlist
- Joining is free. It doesn't mean you have to buy anything, and it doesn't create an order or a contract to supply products.
- Your place number shows the order people joined. It doesn't guarantee a delivery slot, a price or any offer.
- Launch dates, prices, products, delivery areas and features described on this site are our current plans and may change.
- SIPTRUS will launch in New Delhi first. We can't promise delivery to other places.
- You must be 18 or older and must sign up only with your own name and an email address you're allowed to use.
- We may remove sign-ups that look fake, automated or abusive.
Early-bird perks
- People on the waitlist may get early-bird perks, such as early access, a launch discount or a promo code. We'll confirm the details, amounts and expiry dates by email before launch.
- Perks are one per person and per email address. They can't be exchanged for cash, sold or combined with other offers unless we say so.
- We may change or end a perk before launch. If we do, we'll tell you by email.
- We may cancel perks linked to fake, duplicate or automated sign-ups.
Using the site
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to sign up or to collect information from the site;
- try to get into our systems, test their security without our written permission, or overload or disrupt the site;
- upload or send anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights;
- pretend to be someone else.
Breaking these rules may also be an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Health information
SIPTRUS shots are food, not medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our shots are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have a health condition, check with your doctor before taking them. We won't sell any products until we hold a licence from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
Our content
The SIPTRUS name, logo, bottle designs, artwork, text and the rest of this site belong to SIPTRUS or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international law. You may view and share the site for personal use, but please don't copy, change or use our brand or content commercially without our written permission.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be excluded.
Leaving the list
You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to info@siptrus.com. We may close the waitlist at any time, for example once we launch.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first and we'll try to sort it out. Otherwise the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you by email.
